We always need help setting up the Pumpkin Patch. This is a very physical, hands on type of job. We are looking for people who can help move pallets, people who can help load and unload trucks and trailers full of tables, chairs, and decorations. And we always need people who can handle setting up the tents... those tend to be the biggest problem areas. Consider coming to help, or just come to the Patch Blessing at Noon!

The Middle School Youth Group will begin September 10th at 11:30 am with our second annual God Ball Day. Weather permitting we will take our God ball to Tariffville school for some excellent games. Kids, make sure you bring some friends so we can have a big group for our games. God Ball day for the middle Schoolers will end at 1 pm. Our Maker's Club will be kicking off on September 29th from 6:30 until 8 pm. The Makers Club is for students in grades three through five, who are interested in pizza for dinner and making cool things. In the past we have decoupaged eggs for the Music Ministry, we painted interpretive art about living a life filled with Christ, we turned cotton balls into sheep and chased them around the parish hall floor, and we helped put together some of the decorations for VBS last year. Each Maker’s Club consists of a lesson and a creative take home related to that lesson. Senior High Students are welcome to join us for 6 Flags Day!!! at 6 Flags New England. We will meet at the Church at 10 am then head over to the park for a day of fun in the sun and fake sand (hurricane harbor). We will leave the park around 3 pm and return to the church by 4. Adults and Students with a Season pass can come for free, Please bring money for any food or souvenirs you would like. For anyone without a season pass, the cost is $25 for a ticket plus bring extra money for food and souvenirs. To Sign up send Manda an email at [email protected] or sign up in the Narthex at Church.
